TRAINING COORDINATOR

Training Coordinator
Responsibilities:
  • Organize training events
  • Prepare are training calendar
  • Marketing upcoming training
  • Get training facilitators
  • Provide feed back on training outcomes - to Training Director
  • Organize for training materials
  • Prepare budgets for upcoming trainings

Requirements:
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Preferably female
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills
  • Must be able to compile data and analyze past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.
  • Must be able to research and select external consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific topics.
  • Must have the ability to maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainee
  • Experience – Must have 2 – 4 years of experience
