Customer Service And Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customer request and queries
  • Coordinate all faults resolution efforts and managing customer expectation
  • Handle high-volume inbound telephone calls and customer inquiries and demands in a highly professional and
  • friendly manner. Included are problem solving and all customer requests such as order placement/status/revisions, due dates, cancellations, pricing verification, backorders, product returns, billing discrepancies and disputes over product descriptions/part numbers/applications, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Verification and confirmation of all orders and returns back to customer, including standard configuration and
  • description, quantity, billing and shipping address, delivery schedules, and routing requirements
  • Work with Accounting and Credit departments for credit-hold customers, interface with supply chain regarding product availability Manage all product delivery issues pertaining to customer orders
  • Within the approval process, initiate the return authorization procedure for product returns requiring disposition,
  • evaluation or credit.
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize work
  • Ability to handle high call volume with low abandon rate
  • Demonstrate professionalism, dependability and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong verbal skills and written communication skills
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

Reqirements:
  • Good first degree from a reputable university
  • Excellent working knowledge of Video Surveillance, Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Project Management
Experience and Qualification:
  • Experience with customer service skills (order entry, processing returns, problem solving, handling billing discrepancies) as well as basic MS Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills (including handling difficult customers, problem solving)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to quickly learn detailed information regarding product lines
  • Detail oriented
  • Willingness to brainstorm with dynamic engineering team
Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills required:
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Target driven with can-do attitude
  • Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
