CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Preferably Female)
Locations: Lagos and Ibadan
Responsibilities
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve their complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Perform customers verifications and set up new customer accounts
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Direct requests and resolved issues to the designated resource
• Manage customers’ account and maintain customer databases
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and details of actions taken
• Prepare and distribute consumer activity reports
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to manage administration
• Follow up on customers interactions
• Provide feedback in the efficiency of the customer service process
Qualifications and requirements
• Minimum of a University Degree/HND
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in similar field
• Computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting software is an added advantage
